I have been a patient for over a year, and I can honestly say this is the best dental experience I've ever had! The staff is welcoming, and the office has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. I’ve had a couple of procedures done, including a crown and a cleaning, and both times, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Jenkins is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain treatments and options, making sure I feel informed every step of the way. Plus, the office has great hours that fit my busy schedule. While I encountered a slight hiccup with my insurance processing, the staff was quick to address it and ensure everything was sorted out. I can’t recommend them enough! I recently visited for a routine cleaning, and overall, it was a positive experience. The facility is clean and well-kept. The hygienist was friendly and thorough, making sure I understood the importance of each step during the cleaning. Dr. Jenkins was very approachable, which I appreciated. I’d suggest having a little more time between appointments to reduce wait times; I had to wait about 20 minutes before I got called back. But once I was in, I felt like I was in good hands. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next visit!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and immediate assistance. The waiting area was inviting, and I felt relaxed despite being at the dentist. Dr. Jenkins was thorough and took the time to answer all my questions about my dental health. I also loved that they offer a variety of treatment options; I felt empowered to make informed choices about my care. The best part? The staff followed up the next day to see how I was feeling! That personal touch means a lot. If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the appointment scheduling process, as I noticed some delays. However, the quality of care truly outweighs this minor inconvenience. Definitely the best dental office I’ve visited, and I’ll be returning for my next check-up!
